There are many criteria by which the success of an organization as large as Terminal Construction Corporation may be evaluated. They range from growth to financial gain, to reputation and tangible accomplishments. We have been able during the past five decades to attain each of these high goals, and to maintain a growth pattern that enables us to annually surpass each record of achievement. We are proud of our accomplishments and the people who helped to make them possible. It has been over 55 years since Terminal Construction started in business as a general contractor. Today we are considered one of the largest on the eastern seaboard of the United States. We are a general contractor in the full sense of the term -- not a broker. Our primary endeavors encompass the construction of public works projects for all levels of governmental agencies -- Federal, State, County and City. The variety of projects we have completed range from underground tunnels, hospitals, schools, military installations, post office complexes, office buildings, sewage treatment plants, transportation projects of all sizes, water pollution control facilities, residential construction, and athletic and entertainment venues of all types. In addition, Terminal Construction has master planned, designed and constructed a number of very substantial industrial parks and developments, and has also gained national recognition as the design/builder of some of the finest high rise luxury apartment building complexes as well as parking garages and computer centers in the United States. In all of these projects, Terminal Construction has directly provided, or helped to coordinate, all of the disciplines of construction required, including process piping, reinforced concrete work, electrical, plumbing, heating-ventilation-air conditioning and mechanical systems and interior finishes. Our work in the field is augmented by the supportive facilities we maintain within the United States in the form of a full complement of our own construction equipment, plus extensive warehouse and maintenance facilities. Terminal Construction's highly skilled main office personnel and computerized services provide rapid and efficient dissemination of information and directives to all field levels. Terminal Construction's "total capability" and expertise extends beyond the construction aspect alone, and encompasses a proven ability in the master planning, management and development of large public and private residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, medical, transportation, and design/build projects.
